It’s a chance to work on a family of physical products as well as business strategy:
Prioritization: new product ideas, what product lines to develop, what to areas to invest in.
Scale - how to grow business, how to scale our most profitable areas, production line, packaging - create flexible packaging system that feels custom and quality in a limited budget. Reusable components like making a design system. Tried screen printing but stuck with bags and inventory that takes up space. We want to get into clothing but want to be able to do it on the fly, not at the scale to print and store hundreds of one item, so we created patches that we can apply to different items.
